Kegiatan ini dipimpin langsung oleh Kadis Dukcapil Kabupaten Barito Utara Drs. Hendro Nakalelo,M.Si yang didampingi Kabid PIAK dan PD, Kabid PelayananDafduk, Kabid PelayananCapil beserta staf. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama 5 hari yang diadakan di beberapa desa Kecamatan Gunung Timang yaitu Desa Kandui, Desa Tapen Raya, Desa Payang Ara, Desa Sangkorang, Desa Jaman, Desa Pelari, Desa Siwaw, Desa Batu Raya I dan II, Desa Tongka, Desa Malungai, Desa Rarawa, Desa Ketapang, Desa Walur, Desa Baliti, dan Desa Majangkan.
Kegiatan ini disambut positif dan sangat dinantikan masyarakat yang kesulitan dalam mengurus administrasi kependudukan yang merupakan bagian dari upaya pemerintah dalam memastikan warganya terutama para pemula yang memasuki usia wajib KTP el serta Pemutakhiran Data Kependudukan yang mengalami perubahan pada data kematian, data kelahiran, data perkawinan dan pindah datang.
